Professional at-home cleaning of sofas, mattresses, rugs, upholstery and vehicle interiors.

Quotes are based on information supplied by the client. Confirming a booking means accepting the price, date and scope of the service.

Prices are stated in colones or US dollars and include applicable taxes when so indicated. We accept cash, credit cards and SINPE Móvil. Payment is due once the service is completed, unless otherwise agreed.

You may reschedule or cancel at no cost with at least 12 hours' notice. Cancellations made once the technician is already en route may be subject to a travel fee.

Provide access to the property, water and electricity, and disclose any pre-existing damage, delicate materials or specific risks of the surfaces to be treated.

We offer a satisfaction guarantee. Any concern must be reported within 48 hours of the service so we can review it at no cost. Statutory warranties under Law 7472 apply.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear or materials whose nature does not allow deep cleaning. In any case liability is limited to the amount of the booked service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of San José.
